I finally got to go to Meteora. I’ve been wanting to go there ever since I was eight or nine – and after four odd trips to Greece, it was uninevitable that I’d skip it after seeing all of Greece.
Was it worth it?
HELL YEAH it was – in fact I’m kicking my self for never having the opporturnity go earlier. I’ve visited most of Greece (each and every corner was worth it) and this was most definitely the most amazing place I’ve ever gone to. I cant even begin to put into words how running between each and every monastery in Meteora and taking pictures like a zealous shutterbug, felt.
I was totally blown away.
Here are some photos. I had to adjust the levels in Photoshop and I’m using my folk’s computer at home which is a very unoptimized LCD so it may come out bright or dark depending on your monitor settings. Sorry about that.
